As
a courtesy to you, we will directly bill your insurance
carrier. Usually, we will be paid by the insurance
company for covered services. We participate with
most companies. Also, most physical therapy and occupational
therapy is covered by auto accident insurance and
workers’ compensation.
On your first visit you will be provided with
a statement of our financial policy. We will do
our best to obtain information from your insurance
company regarding your coverage and co-pay obligations.
Co-payments are billed and collected on a daily
to weekly basis, depending on the type of insurance.
