is our policy to offer an appointment within 24 to
48 hours of your initial call.
At Bayside Physical Therapy
we are very aware that your time is valuable and
you can expect us
to be prompt. If you find that you are unable to
keep your scheduled appointment, please provide
24 hours notice. Expect most appointments to last
approximately 1 to 1½ hours.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit.
Our receptionist will ask you to complete the appropriate
forms so that we can submit claims to your insurance
carrier.
Your therapist will then do a thorough evaluation
of your condition. A treatment plan will be developed
based on the evaluation findings and any information
provided by your doctor. Treatment will usually begin
on your first visit.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothes. Your therapy sessions
could involve exercising so you may be asked to bring
shorts, a T-shirt and appropriate footwear. Gowns
will be provided as necessary.
